Refund policy

Since all the products are final, we do not accept exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. We do not accept defective or incorrect item returns after 7 days you received.

If you receive incorrect one, please contact us at sales@lubeswala.com with your order number, details of the product, image of the part of defect and your order invoice. If accepted, then the payment will be processed to the original source within 10 working days.
